Teacher pages on a school website allows teachers to provide parents and students with a quick introduction of who they are as a teacher. In these introductions, many teachers provide a description surrounding their past education achievements, their interests, and their contact information in case parents need to contact them. Other aspects of the teacher page include resources that the students will be using, which has been especially relevant these last two years due to the pandemic. For instance, some teacher pages include information surrounding how to use Google Classroom or Zoom. An example of the information that will be provided for the resource of Google Classroom could be the teacher includes a time for when the slides will be posted and what their child should be looking for when they first log into Google Classroom. Typically all teacher pages have this information available on their  page, however, elementary school teacher pages are typically suited for the parents while high school teacher pages are typically suited for the students, rather than the parents. The following link is the one I utilized to view an example of an elementary school teacher page: Ms. Hanson's Class

The manner in which I envision myself utilizing technology in my future classrooms to accomplish my professional responsibilities effectively and efficiently is by incorporating differently Web 2.0's on a daily basis. Although I am not familiar with how to effectively utilize Google Classroom, I do believe that once I familiarize myself with the different tools, I would be able to effectively and efficiently accomplish all of my responsibilities. With Google Classroom, I would be able to create and manage assignments and work online rather than having everything on paper. Not only is Google Classroom beneficial for utilization within classrooms, it is also beneficial for outside usage for parents. Thus, making it easier to accomplish all of my professional responsibilities both within and outside of the classroom.
I personally did not enjoy working on a wiki platform, to be specific, PB Works. This is due to the fact that the manner in which the website is set up confuses me and it does not have much to make it stand out. I feel like I would have more appreciation towards the platform if I knew how to properly utilize the platform. The manner in which I could utilize a wiki with my future K-12 students is by giving them an assignment that is authentic and clearly designate different roles for each student. This is an opportunity that gives students an ability to not only work together as a group but also be held responsible for their own individual portion. It is also a different alternative to the traditional classroom assignment that will keep them heavily engaged.
